Cairns Potters Club is a not-for-profit, volunteer-run pottery club with a clubhouse and studio at 28A Grove Street, Cairns. It runs School Holiday Children's Workshops at $35 per child per session, which includes clay and bisque firing (glaze firing is extra). The most recent sessions listed ran 9am to 12pm on 21, 25 and 28 September and 2 October; spots are limited and bookings are made by contacting Catherine on 0427 735 401. Youth pottery workshops are booked through Carole by email, and other workshops are announced in the club's monthly newsletter.
