WaterPonyz Merriwa is one of six WaterPonyz swim school locations, at Unit 3/10 Hughie Edwards Drive, Merriwa. It has a below-ground concrete pool that is 80cm deep at the shallow end, rising to 1.2m at the deep end. Programs run from babies (6 weeks to 12 months) and toddlers (1 to 3 years) through Ponyz for 3 to 5 year olds and the Levels program for ages 5 and up, which is endorsed by the Royal Life Saving Society. Older swimmers can move into squads (Level 7 and up) and a Junior Lifeguard Club (Level 8 and up). The centre also offers private lessons, vacation swimming, pool parties and adult classes including water aerobics. Prices are not published on the website.
