Tweed Shire Council's indoor pool centre in Tweed Heads South, part of the Tweed Regional Aquatic Centres (TRAC). It has a 25 m 6-lane pool heated to 28 degrees and a 13 m teaching pool heated to 32 degrees. TRAC runs Learn to Swim classes from 6 months, training squads and aqua fitness here. Entry: adult/child (3 and over) $5.40, under 3 free, family (2 adults, 2 children) $20, spectator $4.20. Open Mon-Thu 5.30am-7pm, Fri 5.30am-6pm, weekends 8am-4pm. Separate parents/disabled change room, disabled access and a car park next to the centre with a 4-hour limit.
