Free water play in Tulmur Place, the civic square of Ipswich's Nicholas Street Precinct, beside the Ipswich Central Library and Ipswich Children's Library. Council lists the square as having a water feature and a zero depth water play area, plus drinking water, shelters, public toilets, disabled access and over 1,000 underground car spaces. The square also hosts markets, live performances and school holiday activities. Council does not publish water play hours.
