The Grounds Cairns is a purpose-built sporting hub at 117-125 Toogood Road, Woree, with FIFA-rated artificial turf fields. It houses several tenants rather than running classes itself: The Futbol Academy offers football programs for players aged 2 to 21, including Futbol Fun for ages 6 to 13, beginner and intermediate programs for ages 7 to 13, Little Ballerz for young children, Futbol 5s leagues and holiday clinics, with registration through thefutbolacademy.com or 0412 404 136; Next Level Training Academy runs strength and conditioning sessions including a Fitkidz class on Saturdays at 9am; FNQ Dance Academy, PWR Pilates and Nexus Combined Martial Arts are also based there, and Pizza Loca Cantina serves food.
