Programs for young children include Tumbletots (2 to 2.5 years), Preschool Gymnastics (3.5 to 5 years) and Junior Gymnastics for prep-aged kids, followed by beginner, intermediate and advanced classes, boys' classes, homeschool gymnastics and squads. Parkour classes run for ages 5 to 8, 9 to 12 and 13 and up, teaching kids to jump, climb, vault and land safely. Families can book a trial class online.
