The 400 Gold learn-to-swim course for children 4 years and older is an eight-stage program working towards swimming 400 m freestyle non-stop, with certificates at each stage; graduates can move into the Teams program. A free assessment places children in the right class. Open Mon 7am-7pm, Tue-Wed 7am-8pm, Thu 7am-7pm, Fri 7am-3pm, Sat 8am-12pm, Sun 8am-11:30am.
