Roosters Hockey Club is a Gold Coast club whose clubhouse, the Chook House, is at the Gold Coast Performance Centre (Nikki Hudson Hockey Centre) at Runaway Bay, where matches are played along with the Gold Coast Hockey Centre. Children up to age 10 play in the Joeys development group, with Friday Night Flicks or Saturday morning games at no extra cost, and a HookIn2Hockey Cubs program for beginners; from Under 12 players move to full-field competition. The 2026 season starts on 6 March, and every player registers with both the club and Hockey Queensland, with payment plans and Play On! vouchers of up to $200 for eligible 5 to 17 year olds.
