Redhead Pump Track
Last updated October 2026
Pump track at Redhead Beach for bikes, scooters and skateboards, suitable from beginners to advanced riders.
Lake Macquarie's first pump track, at Redhead Beach, designed and built by Velosolutions. The circuit of rollers and banked turns is ridden by pumping rather than pedalling, and council says a feature a five-year-old can roll through doubles as a gap jump for advanced riders. It can be used on bikes, skateboards, scooters and roller blades. Helmets should be worn at all times. The site has parking, accessible parking, shelters and a BMX track. It is a free public Lake Macquarie City Council facility with no booking needed, as of October 2026.
Facts checked against the venue's own website on 14 October 2026.
