Q1 Resort & Spa is a hotel apartment resort in the Q1 tower at 9 Hamilton Avenue, Surfers Paradise, with one to four-bedroom and penthouse apartments. As of October 2026, rates start from $190 a night for a one-bedroom apartment, $270 for two bedrooms (up to six guests) and $345 for three bedrooms. Guest facilities include two outdoor lagoon pools and an indoor heated lap pool, open 6am to 10pm, with depths from 0.9 to 1.5 metres; children must be supervised by an adult, and under-18s cannot use the gym. There are poolside barbecues, a day spa, underground parking and 24-hour reception. A buffet breakfast is served at SkyPoint on Level 77 from 7.30am to 10.30am daily, and the Q1 complex also has restaurants including Longboards Laidback Eatery, Asami Teppanyaki and Osaka Sushi Train.
