All-ages playground with a four-level tower, water and sand play and a carousel at Broadwater Parklands, Southport.

Peninsula Playground is one of three playgrounds in the City of Gold Coast's Broadwater Parklands at Southport. Council describes it as suitable for all ages, with a four-level tower with a slide and interactive play, a sea-themed water and sand play area, a wheelchair-accessible elevated sand table, and play panels, swings, slides, trampolines, diggers, stepping stones, balance beams, a carousel, climbing walls and climbing nets. It is surrounded by subtropical landscaping with space for small and large gatherings. Elsewhere in the parklands are the Adventure Play pirate ship for younger children, the Washington Waters Playground with a flying fox and bouncy pillow, the lifeguarded Rockpools water play area, a netted swimming enclosure that is not patrolled, shaded shelters, electric barbecues and cafés. Accessible parking is in the northern, central and southern car parks.
