Parks Victoria park in Wheelers Hill with a nature-themed playscape, water play, lake, picnic areas and the T House cafe.

Jells Park in Wheelers Hill is part of the Dandenong Valley Parklands, managed by Parks Victoria, a short distance from the Monash Freeway. It has open spaces, picnic areas with barbecues (including the Oaks and Ashes, Stringybark, Pines and Jells Lake picnic areas), the T House cafe, bird hides and access to the Dandenong Creek Trail for walking, running and cycling. Dogs are allowed. The Jells Park Playscape is themed on Dandenong Creek: a mountain lookout with a mosaic map, a fully accessible blue path winding down to water-play tables and a sandpit, a granite maze with kangaroo carvings, a rope spider web, all-accessible swings, bird echo chambers and a quiet seating area overlooking Jells Lake. Newer playspaces at Yabbie Hill and Jells Park East have wide paths, quiet spaces and selected play equipment. Parks Victoria publishes a visitor guide with a map.
