Indoor challenge-room game venue at Westfield Chermside for ages 5 and up; kids $16, family pass $50 for 5 rooms.

Hijinx Hotel Chermside is an indoor game venue on Level 2 of Westfield Chermside with 10 themed challenge rooms. Teams are assigned 5 or 10 rooms, get a briefing and a set time in each room, and score points on tasks involving things like ball pits, lights and giant word games, with a daily leaderboard. The rooms are designed for everyone over 5, with children accompanied by a responsible adult, and under-18s are allowed until 9pm. Prices as of October 2026: 5 rooms $23 Monday to Wednesday or $26 Thursday to Sunday, 10 rooms $30 or $46, kids $16, and a family pass for 5 rooms $50. Booking ahead is recommended as walk-ins are limited, arrive 30 minutes early, and late arrivals cannot be accommodated. The venue has a bar serving food, and the Dining Precinct car park, Level 3, off Banfield Street, is the suggested parking.
