Kidspace, 7th Brigade Park

Kidspace is the playground in 7th Brigade Park, Chermside. It was a joint project between Brisbane City Council and Aspley Lions Club, built with the help of 900 volunteers, local RSL members, council staff and Australian Army personnel, and the community chose an outer-space theme. The council's park data lists an accessible and inclusive playground at the park. The council also lists electric barbecues, a basketball/netball facility, a car park, a community garden, a dog off-leash area, a small-dog off-leash area, outdoor fitness equipment, a picnic area, a rebound wall, a shared pathway, a sporting field and toilets at the park. Within a short walk are Scuzi Caffe (about 215 m) and Woolworths supermarket (about 286 m).
