Parent-and-child movement and development classes for babies to 5-year-olds at St Columbus Church Hall, Hawthorn.

GymbaROO Hawthorn runs parent-and-child movement and development classes in St Columbus Church Hall, on the corner of Rosevear and Cross Roads, Hawthorn. GymbaROO-KindyROO classes are for children from six weeks to five years, grouped into eight levels from Platypus (birth to crawling) through Wombat, Penguin, Koala, Wallaby, Kangaroo and Possum to Emu (4 to 5 years). The centre also lists holiday play sessions. Every child must be accompanied by an adult, with one adult per child, and siblings may not join in on the equipment. Children take part in bare feet, and families are asked to wear comfortable clothing such as pants or shorts rather than skirts or dresses. Enrol by term through the centre page, or phone 0410 210 079. Prices are not published on the website.
