Green Gables Stables at 108 Koojedda Road, Bakers Hill, is a family-run farm offering guided trail rides, riding lessons and school holiday workshops. Beginner walk trail rides suit riders aged 3 and up and, as of October 2026, cost $90 for 30 minutes, $150 for an hour or $270 for two hours. Weekly term lessons run Monday to Friday (except Thursday) at 3.30pm, 4.30pm and 5.30pm, combining 45 minutes of riding with 15 minutes of horse care, and cost $680 for a 10-week term; fortnightly Saturday lessons cost $395 for five sessions. Holiday workshops for ages 4 to 14 run from 9am to 4pm for $230 a day with meals included. Riders must wear long pants and enclosed shoes or riding boots; helmets are provided.
