Forestwood Drive Park in Buderim has a shade sail covered playground with a play fort with aero glide, pommel steps, overhead rings and slide, plus swings and a basketball half-court. Its pump track lets riders build speed on their bikes by moving their bodies up and down rather than pedalling. Council says the track is unsupervised, riders use it at their own risk, should wear an approved helmet and enclosed shoes and follow the one-way direction. There is open space for kick and throw games, seating, natural shade and street parking. Free to use.
