Free council shared path for walking and cycling from the Elwood Canal to Allnutt Park, McKinnon.

Elster Creek Trail is a shared walking, cycling and running path managed by Glen Eira City Council, listed at Whitmuir Road, McKinnon. Starting at the Elwood Canal, the trail runs for about 1.3 kilometres through Brighton, Gardenvale and Brighton East before finishing at Allnutt Park, McKinnon. The council lists seating along the route, and dogs must be kept on a leash at all times. The trail is a public council path with no entry fee.
