Dinosaur World in Somerville is an outdoor dinosaur park best suited to children aged 2 to 8. Kids meet Wilson the walking dinosaur, ride the Trainasaurus train (included with entry), and can chisel a fossil out in the Dig and Discover marquee and keep it. There is indoor mini golf and Bedrock mini golf, story time on the hay bales at 11am on term-time Fridays and covered areas for wet days. As of October 2026, entry is $23 standard, $21 child and $82 for a family pass, with under 2s free; Dig and Discover and each mini golf course are $8. Tickets are sold at the door only. It is open Fridays 10am to 3pm, weekends 10am to 4pm, and every day in Victorian school holidays and on most public holidays. Food is sold on site or you can bring your own. No pets.
