Cloverside (Gibirrngaan Black Snake) Park on Green Court, Maudsland, is a City of Gold Coast park with a nature-inspired playground built around a contemporary Dreamtime theme. Kids can balance along a giant red-bellied black snake, dig for dinosaur fossils, play in the playhouse, the dry creek bed and among giant snake eggs, climb a net to a wooden bird's nest, and go down a mega slide. The council says the play pieces suit kids of all ages. There is also a partially fenced bike track with twists, turns and hills. The park has plenty of seating and two covered picnic shelters, and pathways around the outside of the playground provide access for people with disabilities. Dogs must be on a leash and are not allowed in the playground. Prices are not published on the council website.
