The Chocolate Factory at 6 Jusfrute Drive, West Gosford, on the Central Coast about an hour north of Sydney, makes chocolate, nougat and other confectionery on site. Visitors can watch products being made through porthole windows into the factory, or join a guided tour of the factory floor. Public factory tours run on Fridays only at 11am, last about 20-30 minutes and cost $10 per person or $8 for seniors and children under 14, as of October 2026. Group tours for pre-booked groups run Wednesday to Friday. A Kids High Tea runs every Saturday at 12 noon for $35 per child, for 2 to 20 guests. The chocolate shop is open 7 days, 9am to 4pm, and the Bon Bon Patisserie Café is open Wednesday to Sunday, 9am to 4pm. Book or ask questions through the website form or by phone.
