Camberwell Hockey Club, founded in 1932, is a field hockey club based at Matlock Reserve, 15 Carinda Road, Canterbury, with a second ground at Koonung Secondary College, Mont Albert North. Its junior program runs from the Hookin2Hockey beginner program to winter season teams from Under 8 to Under 18. Under 8, 10 and 12 teams play on Saturday mornings, Under 14 and 16 on Friday nights, and Hookin2Hockey on Saturday mornings in terms 1 and 4. 2026 membership fees are $300 for a full-field player under 19 and $235 for a half-field player under 19, with mid-season registrations at half price; the winter season runs from March to September. Registration is online. The clubrooms are fully accessible, including an elevator, and dogs on a lead are allowed at Matlock Reserve. Parking near the ground is limited.
