Bulli Surf Life Saving Club

Volunteer surf life saving club at Bulli Beach in the northern Illawarra. Nippers is open to all kids between the ages of 5-14 years and is held at the club on Sunday mornings for around an hour and a half, from October to March. Lessons are tailored to each age group, with beach sprints, riding nipper boards, flags, games and water and beach safety education; surf education builds each year so that at 13 nippers can gain their Surf Rescue Certificate and start patrolling. Nippers can also train and compete in surf sports. Parents stay with their kids during sessions and at least one parent or guardian must join as a member. The club is a NSW Active Kids provider.
