Ballet classes for ages 18 months to 6 years at three House of Dance studios in Hobart and Kingston.

Baby Ballet Tasmania is the early-years ballet program of Hobart dance school House of Dance, for children aged 18 months to 6 years. Dance with Me (18 months to 2.5 years) is a parent-and-child class using movement, music, story-time and imaginative play. Pre-School Ballet (2.5 to 4 years) runs without parents in the room. Kinder Ballet (4 to 5 years) is a more structured class, and Pre-Primary Ballet (5 to 6 years) introduces the RAD classical ballet syllabus. As of October 2026 the timetable lists classes on Saturday mornings at Kingston, Saturday afternoons at the Bathurst Street studio and Sunday mornings at the City Hub. Studios are at 69a Liverpool Street, Hobart (City Hub), 36 Mertonvale Circuit, Kingston and 29 Bathurst Street, Hobart. Prices are not published on the website. Enrol online or call (03) 6229 8646.
