The Glen Hotel on the corner of Logan Road and Gaskell Street, Eight Mile Plains, has an enclosed kids' playground open daily from 7am to 9pm with a double slide, a caterpillar crawl tunnel and a tractor called Deckster, and some dining tables overlook it. Families can eat in Lily Restaurant, the Alphonsus courtyard with wood-fired Neapolitan pizzas, Charles Baker Donuts & Coffee for breakfast, or The Parlor for gelato and desserts. Kids eat free on Wednesday nights from 5.30pm and at Sunday breakfast, one free kids' meal per adult main, dine-in only. Tables can be booked online for breakfast, lunch and dinner.
