Westpac OpenAir is a seasonal outdoor cinema at Fleet Steps, Mrs Macquaries Point, in the Royal Botanic Garden Sydney, with a three-storey screen that rises from the harbour. The 2027 season runs from 6 January to 19 February. Gates open at 6pm and films start at about 8.30pm. Ticket types are The Point (event entry with an unreserved cinema seat), The Garden (reserved dining area and seat), Premium Dining and Westpac Terrace. The FAQ says babies and infants are welcome, subject to film classification. Seats where a baby can sit on your lap, with room for a pram, must be booked in advance on 02 9236 7492. Parents are asked to step outside if a child becomes unsettled. The venue is licensed and cashless, with no outside food or drink. Prices are not published on the website as of October 2026; tickets are sold online with a $4 booking fee.
