Archery club in Holder, Canberra, with $20 Come and Try beginner sessions on the second and third Sundays of each month.

Weston Valley Archery Club is an Archery Australia-affiliated club at the corner of Dixon Drive and Streeton Drive, Holder, serving central and southern Canberra. It welcomes archers from social family archers and beginners through to competitive archers. The club says all ages are welcome, but physical size and strength may limit how well a child can use the equipment. Beginners start with a Come and Try session, held from 9am to 10am on the second and third Sundays of each month. Each session costs $20 per person and includes equipment, group coaching and insurance; arrive by 8:45am for equipment fitting. Sessions are booked online through the club's beginners page. After that, temporary member sessions ($20 each) run most Sundays for up to 12 visits. As of October 2026, a 12-month junior membership costs $215 and a family membership $625. Regular club days are Wednesday and Sunday.
