The Nobbies Boardwalk
Last updated October 2026
Clifftop boardwalks at the south-western tip of Phillip Island, overlooking Bass Strait. Phillip Island Nature Parks rates the Nobbies Boardwalk as easy, about 1 km and 15 minutes, with viewing points over fur seal waters, seabird gardens and a blowhole. The boardwalk has steps, so it is not ideal for prams or wheelchairs. The boardwalks and car park are open, but the Nobbies Centre, cafe and toilets are closed; public toilets and a cafe are at the Penguin Parade Visitor Centre (from 12pm daily). No parking is allowed along The Boulevard road between the Nobbies and the Penguin Parade.
Facts checked against the venue's own website on 23 October 2026.
