Summer Land Camels

Summer Land Camels is a camel dairy farm at Harrisville in the Scenic Rim, about an hour from Brisbane. Entry is free. Visitors can book camel rides led by cameleers, from a short introductory ride around the gardens to trail rides and seasonal sunrise rides, or the Tour, Taste & Camel Encounter farm tour of the farm and dairy. Riders must be 4 or older and under the weight limits, wear closed-in shoes and wear the helmets provided; online booking is essential for rides. The cafe serves camel milk gelato. Open 9am to 3pm every day, closed on some public holidays. There is no public transport, taxi or regular rideshare service to Harrisville.
