Tennis Lessons Perth (Peter Gerrans Pro Tennis), a family-run coaching business, runs group and private lessons for juniors through to adults at the Subiaco/Daglish Tennis Club on Hickey Avenue. Kindy lessons for children aged 3 to 5 use a modified program, with 8 weekly 45-minute lessons per term and all equipment supplied. Junior group lessons for ages 5 to 18 focus on basic skills, with progress recognised through certificate testing and grading; each 8-week term of 1-hour weekly lessons ends with a certificate and trophy presentation. There are also junior competitions and a development squad for ages 10 to 18. Terms run four times a year in line with school terms, and children can start mid-term with fees reduced pro rata.
