Art studio in Cranbourne West with sketching, cartooning and painting classes and holiday workshops for kids aged 5-12.

SketchRoo is an art studio at 11 Powell Way, Cranbourne West, founded by illustrator and cartoonist Denver Pereira. It runs kids' art classes after school, on weekends and in school holiday workshops, covering sketching, cartooning and painting for children aged 5-8 and 9-12. Classes run 1 to 1.5 hours with 10 to 15 students, and all skill levels are welcome. Children are dropped off and picked up at the studio entrance. To enrol, choose a class or workshop on the website and submit the booking form; staff confirm by invoice, and full payment is due 7 days before the session. Holiday workshops need at least 10 participants to run. Booking fees are non-refundable, though written cancellations at least 5 days ahead earn a credit. Prices are not published on the website. All teaching staff hold Working with Children Checks. SketchRoo also runs school and kinder art incursions and party activities.
