Pakenham Eels is a rugby league and touch football club at Comely Banks Recreation Reserve, 125 Bridge Road, Officer. Juniors play in the Storm Junior League in mixed teams from under 6s to under 12s, then boys' and girls' grades from under 13s to under 18s. Players aged 6 to 12 train from 5:30pm on Tuesdays and Thursdays, with Saturday matches and a season that starts a few weeks after Easter. The club lists 2023 fees of $60 plus NRL insurance of $12.50 for ages 3 to 7 and $15.50 for ages 8 to 12; club fees include shorts, socks and a training shirt, and a mouthguard is mandatory. It is a dry club. Register online through the NRL.
