Northside Indoor Sports Centre at 20 Cambewarra Street, Zillmere is the home of Northside Basketball Inc. (the Northside Wizards), which runs junior and senior basketball competitions across Brisbane's north. WizKids Rookies (ages 4 to 7) is a game-based skills program on a modified court, and WizKids All Stars (ages 7 to 10) teaches shooting, dribbling, passing and game rules; both run in 8-week school-term blocks after school and on weekends at several venues, including South Pine Sports Complex in Brendale. As of October 2026, Term 4 WizKids costs $166.10 for new players (including a ball and singlet) or $146.10 for returning players. Junior club teams register through member clubs each season. The association also runs casual shooting sessions, bookable online for $7.50 or $8.50 walk-up; players bring their own ball, payment is by card only, and children under 13 must be supervised on site by an adult.
