Noosa Pirates is a rugby league club with more than 300 members, celebrating 50 years in 2024, fielding boys' and girls' teams from Under 6s to seniors as well as women's teams and an all-abilities league tag team. Home games are at Pirate Park in the Noosa District Sports Complex, Tewantin, with a second ground at Christensen Oval, Cooroy. Players register through playrugbyleague.com with an NRL account. 2026 junior fees were $235 plus $22 insurance for U6, and $300 plus $22 to $55 insurance for U7 to U17. Juniors receive playing shorts, a training shirt and a club polo; families supply boots, a mouthguard and optional headgear. Play On sports vouchers are accepted.
