Moncrieff Community Recreation Park on Bon Scott Crescent, Moncrieff, is an ACT Government urban park built in 2017. Its playground sits on top of a hill and has a large slide, a netting tower and a rope bridge, with a younger children's area that has rock climbing, swings, spinning tubes and slides. A learn-to-ride track with line markings, stop signs and pedestrian crossings runs around the playground for teaching road safety. There is also a fenced basketball and soccer court, a cricket pitch, table tennis tables, a tennis practice wall and outdoor fitness equipment. Facilities include electric barbecues, picnic tables, picnic shelters and shade sails, drinking water, toilets, walking tracks and wheelchair access. Artwork in the park is inspired by Rosalie Gascoigne's sculptural assemblages. Dogs are allowed on and off leash in marked areas but not within 10 metres of the play space.
