Modbury Skate Plaza, at Jack High Lane and Golden Grove Road near Waterworld, caters for inline skates, skateboards, BMX bikes and scooters at all skill levels. The City of Tea Tree Gully lists a skate bowl, terraced walls, ramps and ledges, plus seating, a picnic table, lawn, shade, a drinking fountain, toilets, Wi-Fi and a nearby playground. Push-button lights (green button on the pole closest to Waterworld) stay on for an hour at a time and switch off automatically at 10pm.
