Last updated October 2026
The Lake Ginninderra Learn to Ride Centre is an ACT Government facility where families, schools and community groups can teach children from preschool to Year 4 to ride bikes and scooters safely. It is a mini road layout with footpaths, roundabouts, pedestrian crossings, line markings and road signs, plus road-safety information for children and parents. Children bring their own bike or scooter and a helmet and must be supervised by an adult. It is open 7 days for daytime use, with no bookings needed.
