HMAS Castlemaine

HMAS Castlemaine is Victoria's restored Bathurst Class Corvette, afloat at Gem Pier in Williamstown. Visitors can see how crews lived and worked during wartime, see the original engines turning over, and visit the ship's museum. The ship is owned and operated by the Maritime Trust of Australia and run by volunteers. It is open 11am to 4pm on weekends and public holidays, apart from days of extreme heat. Adults $10, children 5-15 years $5, families (two adults and two children) $25, and under 5s free.
