Gunnamatta Trail Rides runs horse rides and lessons from 150 Sandy Road, Fingal, on the Mornington Peninsula. Kids Play is a two-hour session for children aged 6 to 12 covering grooming, safety around horses, leading horses through obstacles, an introduction to riding with steering and stopping, and team games. It starts from $195 per child. Family Play lets adults and carers join kids aged 6 and over and starts from $295 per person. Private lessons for ages 6 and over start from $145 for one hour, and the beach and bush trail rides are for ages 10 and over. Riders must wear long pants and fully enclosed shoes and should bring a jacket, as rides go ahead in rain.
