Grange Bowmen Inc is a volunteer-run archery club at 534 Albany Creek Road, Bridgeman Downs, established in 1976 and affiliated with the Australian Bowhunters Association (ABA). It has 5 archery ranges and runs ABA, IFAA and 3D target shoots. The club does not offer casual or walk-in shooting; newcomers start with an Instructional Day, about 2.5 hours long, covering safety, equipment fitting and archery basics. As of October 2026 these cost $60 for adults and $30 for juniors, including 3 months probationary membership and ABA insurance, and are booked and paid online through the club calendar. You do not need your own bow for the class. Annual club membership is $90 for juniors and cubs (17 and under), $150 for adults and $320 for families, plus a separate ABA membership. The ranges are open 7 days during daylight hours, and the club is staffed Saturday and Sunday 10am to 4pm.
