The Gold Coast Model Railway Club has clubrooms at 22 Kendor Street, Arundel, with HO/OO, N, On30 and G gauge model railway layouts and a Triang heritage layout. The club's contact page says it is open to the public from 10am to about 2pm on Wednesdays and Saturdays, and the club also holds public Open Days. The most recent Open Day was on Saturday 10 October 2026, with entry $5 for those aged 12 and over (capped at $10); future dates are posted on the club's Facebook page. Children can also join as junior members. As of October 2026, junior membership (ages 10 to 18) is $72 a year plus a $50 first-year application fee. Junior members need a parent or guardian's approval and must be accompanied by a parent or guardian at the club. The clubrooms are up one flight of stairs with no lift or wheelchair access.
