Ipswich City Council swim centre on Toongarra Road, Leichhardt, with a heated pool and a children's play pool with a lazy river, mushroom fountains, spa bubbler, water cannons and beach entry. There is a barbecue area and a learn-to-swim program; in winter the pool is kept at about 29 degrees. Summer hours from 5.30am weekdays; closed Sundays and public holidays in winter. The council asks visitors to check with the pool for current admission fees.
