Beginner martial arts and self-defence classes in North Parramatta for kids from age 3, teens and adults, with a free trial class.

Family Self Defence runs beginner martial arts and self-defence classes for kids, teens and adults at 7/552-560 Church Street, North Parramatta, with a second studio in Castle Hill. The kids program is split by age into Little Ninjas, which introduces younger children to martial arts with a focus on coordination, listening and teamwork, and Dragons, which focuses on self-defence, confidence, respect and anti-bullying strategies. The website says its kids instructors are trained to teach children from age 3. New students can book a free trial class, then enrol in person at the studio and receive a uniform. As of October 2026, the website was advertising a school holiday offer of one week of free training and a free uniform. Class prices are not published on the website. Enquiries go to (02) 9894 1106 or the email address listed on the official website.
