Cairns Skating Centre is a roller skating rink at 44 Behan Street, Manunda, run by the not-for-profit Cairns Roller Sports Association. Children can skate from age 3. Public sessions as of October 2026 run Friday 7pm to 10pm, Saturday 10am to 12pm, 2pm to 4pm and 7pm to 10pm, and Sunday 2pm to 4pm, with extra Monday to Thursday sessions at 10am to 12pm and 2pm to 4pm in school holidays. Entry is $18 per skater, or $23 on Friday and Saturday nights; family deals are $65 for a day session or $80 for a night session (one parent and three children or two parents and two children), and non-skating spectators enter free. No booking is needed for public sessions. The rink closes on public holidays and for maintenance from 14 December 2026 to 1 January 2027. Phone 0457 535 353.
