Astra Lumina is a self-paced night walk through the bushland of Currumbin Wildlife Sanctuary at 28 Tomewin Street, Currumbin, with nine zones of lights, lasers, projections, sound and fog. It runs every Friday and Saturday from 6.30pm to 9pm with extra nights in school holidays; the food truck opens at 5.30pm, last entry is 8pm, and most families take 60 to 90 minutes, with benches along the way. Tickets start from $30 online, walk-ins are accepted if not sold out, and the sanctuary describes it as made for all ages. Parking is free; the 1.5km trail has slopes and unsealed sections, so manual wheelchairs are not recommended.
