Kids' classes are taught as low- or no-contact martial arts, focused on self-defence, fitness, fun, respect and discipline, and no previous experience is needed. According to the timetable, the kids' class runs 4pm to 4:30pm and the juniors' class 4:45pm to 5:30pm on weekday afternoons, with Saturday morning sessions at 8am (kids) and 8:30am (juniors). As of October 2026, a Kids and Juniors 12-month membership with unlimited classes costs $35 a week, casual classes are $30, and the first class is a free trial.
