Toffeemont is a working alpaca farm at Orielton in south-east Tasmania, home to about 70 alpacas. On a 1.5-hour farm tour, visitors learn about alpacas, feed and interact with them, and can take photos with them. Morning or afternoon tea is included, and Tasmanian-made alpaca products are for sale. The farm also runs 2-hour Alpaca Picnics. As of October 2026, farm tours run daily at 10am, 1pm and 3pm from September to March, and at 10am and 1pm from April to August. Prices are $25 for children aged 2 to 16, $50 for adults, $40 for seniors and $135 for a family of two adults and two children; under 2s are free. Bookings are required through the request form on the website, and payment is made on the day. The farm asks visitors not to drive out without a confirmed booking.
